DC Building Group served as the general contractor for the new 3,066 square-foot store which offers guests an array of Las Vegas souvenirs and one-of-a-kind gifts to commemorate their stay. The retail tenant improvement project for Marshall Retail Group included the demolition of the existing space and interior renovations including millwork, framing, drywall, flooring, HVAC, electrical, a fire alarm system, painting and glass storefront and sliding glass door system. The project was completed within a nine-week construction schedule.
