Last April, DC Building Group was selected as the General Contractor for a new Residence Inn by Marriott in Sparks, NV. Over the past year, we’ve been busy building out the 64,500 SF extended-stay hotel which includes:
- 104 guest rooms – offering three different spacious suites with separate living and sleeping areas along with fully equipped kitchens
- Spacious lobby
- Business center
- Market area shop
- Breakfast bar
- Indoor swimming pool facility
- Fitness center
- Meeting room space
The four-story hotel officially opened for business this past October and guests are enjoying the welcoming, community atmosphere and modern amenities.
