Project Profile: Welcome to Las Vegas Opens in Terminal 1

DC Building Group was proud to lead the tenant improvement project for Marshall Retail Group and serve as the general contractor for the latest Welcome to Las Vegas Gift Shop remodel inside McCarran International Airport. The opening of the latest store marks the fifth of its kind inside the Las Vegas airport.

Our team led the demolition of the existing space and complete build-out of the souvenir and novelty gift shop. The newest location mimics the updated design Marshall Retail Group has rolled out throughout the Las Vegas valley.
