DC Building is proud to announce we have been selected as the General Contractor for a new K-8 public charter school located in Henderson, NV. On Friday, Feb. 1st, our team celebrated the groundbreaking for Signature Preparatory Charter School with school staff, elected officials and Henderson community members and families. The new educational facility, will consist of two campus buildings: a 60,000 square-foot space specifically for grades K – 5 and a 10,000 square-foot building for grades 6 – 8. The 10-acre site located near Lake Mead and Boulder Highway will open its doors to more than 900 students the beginning of August 2019.
