Construction Update: Gilbert Warner Retail Center
Last fall, our team broke ground on a new 95,000 SF shopping center for a local developer, Remington Nevada. The 11- acre site, located in one of the fastest-growing cities in Arizona, Gilbert has undergone major groundwork in preparation for the new retail development.
Last week, the first retail shell started to take shape through tilt-up construction, a more cost-effective technique that includes shorter completion times. Take a look at the tilt-up construction process:
