Over the past year, three DC Building Group team members participated in NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Institute and today, we’re proud to recognize Brenden Graves, Mike Maye and Jim Slack as they officially become 2018 DLI graduates.
The Developing Leaders Institute is a year-long program focused on building future leaders and providing real estate training from Southern Nevada’s top real estate and development professionals. Selected participants engage in monthly lectures and complete the program with a class project in which teams use the knowledge gained throughout the year to select, market and pitch a development property.
DC Building Group’s mission is to provide opportunities and enhance the lives of our team and the communities we serve. Brenden, Mike and Jim all truly live that mission. Their commitment and dedication go above and beyond their daily contributions to our organization and we’re excited to see these three implement the skills they’ve learned and help DCBG to continue to charge the way.
