DC Building Group is proud to announce the hiring of Kerry Cartmill as Senior Director of Preconstruction at the award-winning general contracting firm. Cartmill joins the Las Vegas-based company with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He brings with him an immense knowledge of the commercial and industrial landscape throughout the Southwest United States.

His understanding of the construction process from early stages to final project completion will be a major asset in ensuring we provide our clients with the most cost-effective and efficient practices,” said Shawn Danoski, founder and CEO of DC Building Group.
As Senior Director of Preconstruction, Cartmill will oversee and manage all preconstruction activities and personnel. He will be instrumental in developing client relations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire preconstruction process.
Cartmill previously worked at Remington Nevada, a commercial land developer, as the Senior Vice President of Construction and Development. Over his career, he has served in a variety of roles within the construction industry, from estimating to project executive and CEO.
