DC Building Group served as the General Contractor on the flagship Buffalo Wild Wings constructed on The Las Vegas Strip. This 7,200 square-foot location is one of ten in Las Vegas, but the only one on The Strip. Located at the Miracle Mile Shops on Harmon Avenue, the mall allocated shell space to be converted to the popular B-Dubs restaurant. Scope of work included a complete TI of the space, with demolition, new walls ceiling, lights, flooring, paint and a new exterior. The Las Vegas Strip is a constant, bustling tourist area with pedestrians, taxis, limousines, shopping clientele as well as many shift employees coming and going frequently. DCBG is adept at managing logistical controls and safety protocols in high traffic areas therefore optimizing operations for businesses so they may remain open while under construction. The restaurant opened September 25, 2015 with the anticipated branded colors, designs, menu items, bars, dining areas and multiple monitors for viewing sports. This particular B-Dubs has a stadium-style jumbo-tron perched above the bar with three monitors measuring 9×5-foot each! On the exterior west-facing, side parapet of the building’s exterior is a large 18×11-foot LED display showcasing Buffalo Wild Wings’ specials for all travelers on The Strip to view.
