Signature Preparatory Charter School opened its first location in August of 2019 to more than 500 Kindergarten through 8th-grade students on nine acres of land located near Lake Mead and Boulder Highway in Henderson, NV. The charter school underwent quite the redevelopment when the owner purchased the Boulder Crossings Retail Center, which was previously occupied by a retail store and athletic/gym recreational center. The existing facility was completely renovated to include classrooms, administrative offices, a multi-purpose area/gym and a full-service prep kitchen.
Exterior construction consisted of a fully renovated front façade, pickup and drop-off areas, parking, athletic playing fields and recreational playground area.
DC Building Group was proud to serve as the general contractor, working closely with the owner and design team to help bring this new, modernized facility to fruition.
