Project Profile: EOS Fitness
EOS Fitness, a rapidly-expanding fitness facility throughout the southwest United States, contracted with our team on a 35,000 SF tenant improvement project in Mesa, AZ.
The former store was converted into a full-service facility to include, lap pool, fitness studio, spinning classroom, basketball court, theatre room, kid play center, and locker rooms and sauna.

The 20-week construction schedule included site development work and tenant improvement build out. DC Building Group handled all demolition, concrete work, rough carpentry, millwork, metal stud framing and drywall, pool design, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and fire sprinkler systems.
The new gym is EOS Fitness’ 50th location. Our team is currently working on two other facilities in San Diego and Palm Springs.
