DC Building Group was proud to lead the construction for US Polo, a 4,000 square-foot, two-story, retail tenant improvement project located in Showcase Mall. Improvements included demolition, framing, doors, glazing, finishes, flooring, HVAC, electrical and display installation. The widely popular retail brand is located at 3787 S. Las Vegas Boulevard and features unique finishes throughout the space to complement the company’s aesthetic.
The newly renovated retail space is located adjacent to another project completed by DC Building Group. T-Mobile opened its 5th Signature Store on The Strip January of 2018.
